Kudirka collective farm‘s chairman Algirdas Bagdonas and his collective farm development. Collective farm developments are shown after appointment of a new chairman – youth remains in the village, works in the fields, farms, building sites. Former backward collective farm turns into the leading one. Collective farm‘s chairman Algirdas Bagdonas in the car, driving through the streets of Vilnius, leaves to work in the collective farm of Zarasai. Fields of collective farm.
